This house is the Ellis Residence. This house is actually a modern house, but the house is solved by using local materials. In addition, this house was deliberately designed to be environmentally friendly and always looks blend with the surrounding environment. Overall, the house was built using wood, but for its features, this house was using modern technologies, such as: geothermal heat, photovoltaic energy collection, solar hot water systems, Radiant floor heating, site-milled wood trim, triple-glazed windows and vegetated roof.
