The Nettleton 195 House is located in Clifton, Cape Town, South Africa. This house has a modern architectural style. The concept is planned to fill the vacant land is small and hilly is successfully resolved by SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects ) and Antoni Associates as interior designers.
The house is purposely made with a floor that has a different height on each space, all due to the position of the sloping land and is located in hilly areas. All this became the main capital as well as the rationale of the overall design. Broadly speaking, this house has five main floor, each floor is designed and managed well so that the overall feel very comfortable and has a beautiful scenery.
